Water & Flood Damage Restoration
Water does not wait, and neither do we. From a slow supply-line leak to a flooded finished basement after a Lehigh River storm, standing water starts damaging structure and breeding microbial growth within hours. Our IICRC-certified crews extract, dry, and monitor until the moisture is measurably gone, not just gone from sight.
What's covered
Everything below is handled by our own crews, no scrambling to line up other trades mid-crisis.
- Emergency water extraction & pump-out
- Structural drying with commercial dehumidifiers & air movers
- Moisture mapping with meters and infrared cameras
- Sewage & category-3 water cleanup and sanitizing
- Selective demolition of unsalvageable materials
- Content pack-out, cleaning, and storage
We respond to
- Burst or frozen pipes
- Sump pump failure
- Sewer & drain backups
- Storm & flash flooding
- Appliance & water-heater leaks
- Roof leaks into interiors
How we respond
- 01
Assess & stop the source
We locate the source, stop the intrusion where we can, and scope the full extent of moisture, including what has wicked behind walls and under floors.
- 02
Extract standing water
Truck-mounted and portable extraction pulls water out fast, before it soaks deeper into the structure.
- 03
Dry & dehumidify
We set a drying plan with air movers and dehumidifiers, then monitor moisture readings daily until materials hit dry standard.
- 04
Clean, restore & document
Affected areas are cleaned and disinfected, salvageable contents restored, and every reading logged for your insurance claim.

Questions we hear a lot
How fast can you get here?
Our dispatch line runs 24/7/365 and our average on-site time across the Valley is about an hour. The sooner extraction starts, the less permanent the damage.
Do you work with my insurance?
Yes. We document moisture readings, materials, and scope from the first hour and coordinate directly with your carrier and adjuster to make the claim smoother.
Can you find water I cannot see?
We use moisture meters and infrared cameras to trace water that has traveled behind walls, under flooring, and into cavities where it would otherwise sit and grow mold.
What are the water categories?
Per IICRC standards: Category 1 is clean water, Category 2 ("grey") is contaminated, and Category 3 ("black") includes sewage and floodwater. We handle all three with the appropriate containment and sanitizing.
