Mold Inspection & Remediation
Mold is a moisture problem before it is a mold problem. We find the water source feeding it, contain the affected area so spores do not spread through your home, remove what has to go, and verify the air is clean before we call it done. No scare tactics, just the standard done right.
What's covered
Everything below is handled by our own crews, no scrambling to line up other trades mid-crisis.
- Inspection & moisture-source diagnosis
- Containment barriers & negative air pressure
- HEPA filtration & air scrubbing
- Safe removal of mold-damaged materials
- Antimicrobial treatment of salvageable surfaces
- Post-remediation verification
We respond to

How we respond
- 01
Inspect & find the moisture
Mold needs water. We locate and address the source first, so remediation actually lasts.
- 02
Contain the area
We seal off the work zone with barriers and negative air pressure so spores do not migrate to clean parts of the building.
- 03
Remove & treat
Affected materials are removed and bagged, salvageable surfaces are HEPA-vacuumed and treated with antimicrobial, and the air is scrubbed.
- 04
Verify & restore
We confirm the area is clean and dry, then restore removed materials so the space is whole again.

Questions we hear a lot
Do I need a mold test?
Sometimes. Visible mold with a known moisture source often does not need a test to justify removal. When air quality or scope is in question, we coordinate independent testing.
Will the mold come back?
Not if the moisture source is fixed. That is why our first step is always finding and correcting what fed the mold, removal alone is temporary.
Is it safe to stay in the house?
Our containment and negative-air setup keeps spores from spreading during work. For sensitive individuals or large jobs we will advise on temporary relocation.
How long does remediation take?
Small jobs can be a day; larger ones a few days plus drying time. We give you a clear timeline after inspection.
