Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
After the fire is out, a second kind of damage begins, acidic soot etching surfaces and smoke odor working its way into every porous material. We stabilize the property, clean and deodorize down to the framing, and manage the rebuild so your home or business comes all the way back.
What's covered
Everything below is handled by our own crews, no scrambling to line up other trades mid-crisis.
- Emergency board-up, tarping, and site stabilization
- Soot & char removal from structure and contents
- Smoke-odor neutralization (thermal fogging, hydroxyl, ozone)
- Content cleaning, pack-out, and secure storage
- HVAC and duct decontamination
- Full reconstruction and finish work
We respond to
- Kitchen & grease fires
- Electrical fires
- Smoke & soot damage
- Puffback from furnaces
- Wildfire & structure fires
- Post-extinguishing water damage
How we respond
- 01
Secure the property
We board up openings and tarp the roof to keep weather and intruders out while restoration is planned.
- 02
Assess soot & smoke spread
Fire, heat, and smoke travel differently through a building. We map what is salvageable and what must be removed.
- 03
Clean & deodorize
Surfaces are cleaned of soot, contents are restored off-site, and odor is neutralized at the molecular level, not masked.
- 04
Rebuild
Our reconstruction crews take it from cleared structure back to finished, coordinating the whole rebuild under one roof.

Questions we hear a lot
Can smoke smell really be removed?
Yes. Masking sprays only cover it. We use thermal fogging, hydroxyl generators, and sealing to neutralize odor at the source, including inside HVAC systems.
Do you handle the water damage from firefighting too?
Absolutely, extinguishing a fire almost always leaves water behind. Our crews dry the structure as part of the same project.
Will you handle the rebuild, or just cleanup?
Both. We take fire jobs from emergency board-up through complete reconstruction so you are not juggling multiple contractors.
How soon should I call after a fire?
Immediately. Soot is acidic and keeps etching metal, glass, and finishes the longer it sits. Fast cleanup saves far more of your property.
